Please feel free to call or e-mail us even when not placing an order.  We do not limit your use of our telephones or e-mail to "orders Only."  If you have a question about a product, about an order already placed or need advice on a cleaning problem, we welcome your call or mail!  If you have equipment you purchased from us recently or 20 years ago, and have a problem, please feel free to contact us.

SALES POLICY

PRIVACY POLICY:
Customer information is for our use only! Personal information, telephone numbers and email addresses are for our use only and will not be sold or provided to outside organizations.

BUSINESS HOURS:
Our telephones are answered and our office is open: Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., C.S.T. On-line, Email and fax orders are accepted 24 hours per day. Our home office is located in Carol Stream, Illinois.

TERMS OF SALE: 
On approved credit, we will be happy to set up a company charge account in your name.  MasterCard, Visa and American Express are always welcome!

MINIMUM ORDER:
In order to offer our many customers the lowest possible prices, a minimum order charge of $5.00 will be added to all orders totaling $75.00 or less (excluding tax and shipping). Orders for less than $75.00 will be honored, however, the small order charge will be added to the purchase to help defray the cost of handling.

CREDIT CARDS:
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

SALES TAX:
Illinois residents must add 7.25% sales tax to all orders. 

WARRANTIES:
Specific warranty information on products sold will be provided upon request.

SAFETY INFO:
Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS) are available for all chemicals purchased from DuPage Janitorial Supply. We recommend that you keep an MSDS on hand for all chemicals you use.

RETURNED GOODS:
Returns are accepted for stocked merchandise only, defined as items that appear in our catalog.

Return of stocked items received prepaid within:
    10 days of invoice date                     -N0 Restock Charge
    11 days to 30 days of invoice date      -15% Restock Charge
    31 or more days of invoice date         -No Returns Allowed
    Discontinued, Damaged, Special
    Order, Non-stocked or
    Close-out Merchandise                       -No Returns Allowed

DAMAGE/SHORTAGES:
Inspect all packages before signing for them! Any damage is the responsibility of the transportation company. Any claim for damaged merchandise during shipping must be filed with the transportation company.

Shortages must be reported to DuPage Janitorial Supply, Inc. within five days of receipt.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Items not customarily stocked may be obtained through us.  These items are NOT RETURNABLE for credit.  In some cases, an ORDERING DEPOSIT may be requested.

SHIPPING CHARGES: 
No shipping charges are added to catalog items that can be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Items that do not meet UPS shipping requirements are clearly identified by a small diamond to the left of the stock number. Non-UPS shippable items, items weighing in excess of 70 pounds or items calling for a hazardous surcharge will have freight and surcharges added. You will be advised of any shipping or additional fees before your credit card is charged.

We have many choices for shipping.  Unless you specify, we will ship your order the most economical way from the warehouse closest to you

SHIPPING AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES ADDED TO ORDERS ARE FOR DELIVERY IN THE CONTINENTAL USA ONLY. SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, APO, FPO OR FOREIGN ADDRESSES WILL BE CALCULATED AND FORWARDED TO YOU BY EMAIL. YOUR APPROVAL WILL BE REQUESTED BEFORE WE SHIP YOUR PURCHASE.
