Q. Can I apply a polymer finish to a wood floor?

A. Dear Joseph:
You can, but its asking for trouble. That type finish is water based. Never wet clean a wood floor. 

Q. It seems like prices are constantly going up. What gives?

A. Dear Betty:
Tell me about it! I know your feeling. I bothers me too. Manufacturers keep raising their price and unfortunately, those increases must be passed along.

Q. I need a good glass cleaner that won't freeze on the glass during cold months.

A. Dear Carl:
Most glass cleaners are water based products. If the solvent portion of the cleaner is allowed to evaporate, the remaining water will freeze. We have a private label product which is not in our catalog that works well in cold climates. It contains 15% alcohol along with surfactants. In addition, we have two pages in our catalog dedicated to glass cleaners. These items can be found on pages 52 & 53 of our 2003 book!
